Villa Cascais Boutique Hotel is located on the Bay of Cascais next to the Cascais' Port Authority, only 5 minutes’ walk from the Cascais Train Station (Lisbon/Cascais Line). You can check the timetable on CP Portugal’s website. The train leaves Cais do Sodré station in the direction Lisbon/Cascais, and you should get off at the last stop.
